If you use Chrome or Edge, you may be seeing errors using Banner after you are logged in as of November 2025. This is due to a change that Chrome and Edge made recently in their browsers. The error may contain the message "Authentication Failed. Problem in external authentication service."

To fix this issue:

Open Chrome.

Copy chrome://flags/#local-network-access-check into the browser address bar and hit Enter/Return.

In the Local Network Access Checks dropdown, select Disabled.

Relaunch the browser using the Relaunch button.
To fix it in Edge:
- Open Edge.
- Copy edge://flags/#local-network-access-check into the browser address bar and hit Enter/Return.
- In the Local Network Access Checks dropdown, select Disabled.
- Use the Restart button that appears to the lower right to relaunch the browser.
